Why can Rakan and Xayah have that cute animation when recalling but Evelynn and Twisted Fate can't tango together?

I'm really hopeful this gets changed with Evelyn's rework.

Evelynn and TF don't have a built-in mechanic that lets them recall together, though, so you can't have such a thing only on a single pair of their skins.

Unless you mean an animation that plays if the two just happen to recall at the same time next to each other, but that seems like far too narrow a situation to make a specific animation for.

The love birds have their own dances, plus a dance together if they dance next to each other. That together dance is what should be added to the Tango line.
