Hey,

I played LeBlanc many times and I loved to play her. This was the pure assassin gameplay

Good in 1 vs 1
Bad weaveclear
Can burst immediatly
If she missed her early, useless the entire game

But since the rework, this is NOT an assassin gameplay anymore, it is more duellist gameplay

Awesome weaveclear
Excellent in 1 vs 1
Medium / Bad in teamfight

The main difference is : Before LB could one burst someone, Now, to burst, she has to wait. She is more DPS now

Guys, an assasin is someone who can burst an ennemy while put himself in danger ! Now she is like Azir, but she has to stay inside the teamfight (while azir can DPS from outside)

And don't say me "Before she was OP, bla bla bla". Many mages can one burst in 1 sec like her (viktor, Velkoz, Veigar, Diana, Fizz)

I'm not saying she not deserved a nerf or something else, I'm saying she had a good gameplay, now this is illogic

she is still Burst, but she has to work for it now. Passive+W deletes enemies almost instantly.

I kinda like her new kit, as she now can play with so much different combos and juke her enemies which fits her thematic.

The delay on the burst is too long for her to be a reliable assassin. She's just a worse mage tbh.

that's bs

she just has to apply her passive. juke around a little bit and go in again for the finish. that's a healthy gameplay with counterplay and also fits her thematic.

they just changed her playstyle completely, she isn't the assassin for the instant 0.25second Kills anymore. but when you sucessfully juke your enemies, you can make huge plays with that passive.

You're assuming the target is either a fucking idiot by being alone or the target's team is dumb enough to let you apply the passive without dying (Q and E have short cast range, E is bodyblockable, W's 0.25 second lockout before being able to return is ridiculously long and will get you instantly mauled to death), let alone stick around to proc it again after the massive delay required.

It doesn't matter how good at the game they are though? Them being higher rank doesn't magically decrease the time the enemy target and their team have to react. No one is alone unless they're stupid, AKA, LeBlanc has to assassinate a single target surrounded by their teammates.

She might be able to safely get Q or E's first hit off. Wing in is suicide. Sticking around for the E to root while staying in the tether range isn't realistic if the enemy team players aren't mannequins.

After said application, she has to wait minimum 1.5 seconds while staying near her target so they don't just run. After the mark is prepped, she only has 6 seconds to proc it again. And once the mark is prepped, the enemy team and the target are going to be far more vigilant and defensive against said proc attempt.

And APs have Zhonya's and Scepter and various health items. AD has Mercurial (speed boost + MR + lifesteal), BT, Maw/Hexdrinker, Sterak's, Edge of Night. Tanks have Visage/Banshee's. Everyone can build Mercurial Boots.

These are all different ways to outlive her potential burst or avoid it altogether.

That's what defines a good LB from a bad one. You prattle on about how assassin champions take skill and anyone who dies deserves to die but turn around bash the very things that make the assassin take skill in the first place. If you're not proccing the mark, you're bad at LB, simple as that. That's not the champion, you simply lacked the skill and game knowledge to play around a vital aspect of the champion's kit.

All the things you listed(aside from actual kit related aspects), apply to pretty much every champion in the game, and not all of them have even half the tools to play around them like LB.

Oh but item 3157 How about don't blow your load like a dumbass? Also funfact, I've scored multiple skills by just double chaining and hourglassing myself. You want to know how? I set the kills up, made sure to bait out/find out if they don't have flash/sudden mobility skills and whatever else bs they can spring on me to deny the kill. item 3001 I can buy one too and get some pen of my own, what's your point? AD related crap summoner 14 item 3165 the Hourglass thing Tanks Why the hell are you targetting a tank as LB? item 3111 Penetration, and the snare from E isn't exactly vital for a kill, it's just the cherry on top.

All different ways to avoid her burst, but also different ways to confirm it.

Mmm, I donno what you're on, but I can still assassinate someone with LB if I blow everything (without waiting for the passive). But that leaves me really vulnerable, since I have nothing at that point. If I use the passive, I can kill someone while keeping my R a lot of the time.
