IP Refunds For Reduced Price Champions

So, as many of you know, whenever Riot releases a new champion, they reduce the price of 3 other champions. There are quite a few champions I've purchased with IP that cost a lot less now, and I could seriously use the difference of IP for more runes, saving up for other champions, etc. I kind of wish Riot would refund the difference (i.e. if someone is 3150, reduced to 1350, that leaves 1800 IP wasted because the champion price was reduced AFTER you purchased him or her). I wanna hear what you guys think.

just to clarify *price of one champion goes down with each release not 3 with each new release (they show you which 3 are getting lowered for the next 3 releases). Every 3rd release an older champ gets reduced too. Asides from that, whenever Riot manually lower some champs prices as done in the past.

It would be nice for us players, but you have to remember that by doing this it could potentially lower revenue for Riot.

The problem with your idea is this: Bad timing. Most of the time they'd tell you to deal with it, because you did buy that champion when he was still "new"

I could understand if you purchased the champion the day before the price reduction, that would be like purchasing right before a champion sale was announced. However, you don't deserve or need an IP difference refund 3 weeks or a month and a half later just because the price goes down then, that's just silly.
