Highlights made public to friends

I love the highlight and replay update you all put in recently. I find it really fun to share things I've done and also view things other people have done. So what I am proposing is to allow friends to view highlights that way we as a community can upload fails and epic plays and laugh or praise one another on games we played that did not include them. Just my thoughts and thank you for your time.

This is actually a really neat idea!

I'd love to go to a profile and see some fun highlights people share publicly, even if there's a potential limit on ones available for other people to see (say, your top 5 highlights, so if you have 100 they can view your current favorites)
