Is the player support section real or controlled by bots?

A while ago i sent a report about a game i played to the support section. it was probably the most toxic game iv'e experienced yet. And they replied the next day. Now recently i had a game where a tahm kench auto locked, nothing was said to him to make him mad or annoyed, he simply fed and ate us up every chance he could. Spit us out in front of turrets, enemies, or just to simply annoy us. At the end he said " blame riot for releasing such champion xD ". My team was pretty upset and the enemy team took advantage of it, laughed, and harassed us even further. I kept my cool but mid and bot was going crazy... top and mid ended up afking. I sent a report with screenies again. they just replied, but with the exact same words as my last report. same exact response... the only thing that changed was their names and signatures. are player reports even taken into consideration, or are they just automated bot responses?
