Level 3.75 nid, never played a game with her ever..

Here's a little backstory before I tell you what happened/happening. A couple days ago I bought a bundle with Nidalee in it and a skin of her's. Today i decided to play a little of this OP cat and I checked my masteries with her, and she's level 3 almost level 4!!! I was very surprised as I don't remember playing her ever before so I check my match history and there's no games with her on it. At this point I'm a little freaked out so I check op.gg and there's no games of her there either!!! I am utterly confused....
