Server for India

Hello everybody. Now that other major parts of the world are being covered by their dedicated servers, I was wondering if we could get one of ours. I know not the status of Garena cuz I prefer NA & EUW. But its the ping that kills the whole thing. I get about 400 for NA and 140-ish on EUW. What I want to ask is what does it take to host a server? I mean I can get hands on three pieces of servers that were initially bought for research purposes (while only one was required). So if you guys can tell me what exactly is required to host a server, may be I could provide some space and hardware to come up with one?

Would India become the first third world country to get a dedicated server? Just curious

I wouldn't mind seeing one, since here on OCE I could occasionally see people playing all the way from India or Middle East with hideous delays as they don't really have a dedicated server for them to belong.

It's not like India doesn't have enough people to support a server, the only problem is demographic, whether there are enough people interested in LoL or not.

There is already that shitty Garena server I dont see the need for an Indian one.

Play on china or Garena.

Do not ocmplain that you need a server for your region if you have not even tried the other locations. You should try playing some where before saying you have a preference.

So arguments apart, I DID NOT ask for things I can try (apparently I have the IQ to cater other options before troubling the devs). All I want to know - yes or no? And I don't need be explain reasons for no. That will be pretty obvious.
