What if for winning games you could get a streak and earn bonus IP or maybe even RP?

So, what if by winning a certain amount of games in a row you could get a "winning streak" and start to earn bonus IP or maybe even earn RP for winning? I feel like for one this will have more people play a bit more serious (not saying they all will) But with something larger at stake they might be more serious so they could get bonus rewards. Its just an idea but i think it would be awesome if it was implemented. Thanks! Happy Holidays!
