how to cancel the ban restriction

i received a rank game restricion about a month ago. it request me to win 35 game in daft mode which i think is really stupid. because i don't want to play this game at all after i saw that restriction. I don't know how is dat stupid report system works, but this rank game restriction just make me angry. in this month, i did not play much game, so the rectriciton is still on. but then the rank system told me that i will lose point if i don't play rank game in 7 day, it make no sense at all, roit don't let me play rank game but require me to play rank at the same time .

Somethims, i did well in game but still gone reported and i receive a stupid warming . If i am trolling and flaming all the time, i would just accept those reports, but honesly i have good attitude in game most of time. i think a good game should help people get relax and a sense of compuslishment instead of makeing people get bad feeling . At least, show how many time we got reported and give me a chance to appeal for myself instead of just tell me i got restriction.

also, i rather you just ban my account for a month instead of require me to play a number of game. anyway, lol is a good game but with terrible service and the wrost customer care.
