I dont know how to not get account restrictions

I dont know how im supposed to not get chat restrictions no one in this game can take any type of criticism and if you do anything they don't like whether it be take a cs or doing something else miniscule they will report so I would like to first know if there is a way to see what comments I got restricted for cause I honestly don't know what I could of said that was so bad and second how am I supposed to win the required amount of normal drafts if normals is for people trying out new champions so they normally go whatever they want try new things and don't take it seriously along with the amount of 4v5s Ive had to endure and the fact that I have a chat restriction so I cant even try to guide my team to victory by telling them things we should be doing at this rate I will never see ranked play again please offer advice
