How do you carry?

I have been Silver for the past couple seasons. I didn't play ranked much as I found it too irksome, but I was around S1 at my high point. This season, I have not even been able to finish my placements with how frustrating it has been. I am currently 0/8 and with the exception of maybe 1 game (this was a good match fairly lost due to the enemy team just being better than us), every single game I played either had 1-3 AFKs, or people feeding so hard there was just no possible way for me to carry. I'm talking people going 3/18 and ensuring the enemy JG or carry is level 18 when I am still level 13-14. I try to stay positive, but there is literally NOTHING I can do when the people feeding just mute me when I ask them not to engage a 1v4 for the fifth time. They ignore pings, engage for no reason and without backup, and no matter how well I do in lane, I just can't carry 2-3 people being like this every game.

So my question to you is, how the hell are you supposed to carry people that are basically intentionally feeding? I say intentionally because they simply will NOT listen to anything I or anyone says, no matter how nicely we say it. I'll be honest in saying that by the time 30min comes around, I start raging a bit. How can I not call you an f'in r%%%%% when you keep engaging 1v5 while 2 people ping you back over and over? Being bad is one thing, but this is beyond that. This is just lacking a brain, and I can't get anywhere near a decent game because of people like this being in every game I play. It makes ranked simply not fun to have people at such ridiculously low skill levels/intelligence on your team. I'm not asking that I get paired with frickin plats every game, but I would enjoy having a fun and competitive environment where I have at least a chance of winning. The worst part is when I know I am out-skilling the enemy team or lane, but I just fall too far behind as they farm my teammates that are just giving them kills.

My rant is over. I'm done with ranked. I probably won't be back to read the responses. GL to those of you who stick it out. Unless you are high ELO, ranked isn't fun.
