Tilted SO hard RN O_o

So i am at a 90 degree tilt RN. I played top facing a liss(in norms) and ask our ahri for a lane swap, cuz i can do better vs jhin. She types back "lol wtf no, i can fucking REK this jhin no prob" ends up ending lane 1/5 and that 1 kill is cuz our lee sin ganked. Jhin trys to come up to fight me and he dies cuz even tho he is 5/2 and i am 2/1. So the game plays out i am the only winning lane, get a pentakill and we STILL FUCKING LOSE. That tilted me. Then moved over to overwatch, get the worst team EVER and lose with in 3 min. Any tips to help untilt me?
