Skin Swapping

So I have been playing league for a number of years and have acquired many different skins for champions I may not play anymore or just dislike. And the same could be said for many players, with this I came with an idea, the idea to trade skins with other players. For example my close friend has Championship Riven on an account he does not play on and to add to it does not play Riven. I have many skins that are for supports (his main) that he does not, so we thought of other games where this occurs and the players are able to swap gear, skins, etc. Of course there are ways to play the system, however with a multi million dollar company I'm confident to say that you guys could figure out a safeguard :) If you like my proposal please upvote!!!
