Ryze (Potential Rework)

I'd honestly like to open a thread about the Potential rework, Like what do you guys think is going to be the end result.

Does he need a rework (yes i know he has had plenty) I feel like our Runemage needs a little more Oomph, Suggestions?

Personally We all know he is a spam mage with a fair bit of skill involved now, he is by far one of my favorite mages because he is versatile asf. What would you guys like to see changed?
