Fix Dark star Thresh!

I has been 3-4 days now the new skin for Thresh has "issues". It can't be that hard to fix. I want to use what i bought!

It'll be re-enabled when they fixed whatever is wrong with it. It's a wide spread problem, so Riot has to go through a fuck ton of files to find it, and potentially even re-write entire pages of code...

So are you trying to tell me that the whole team of programmers , developers, 3d modelers...etc all and every one included into the making of the DS skin missed to test it all in the 1st place , that all the PTR testers missed to test that bug, and now that each and every one of those ppl cant fix it in what seems to be 4 days time so far. They dont care enough. Thats what im going to tell you.

Yeah man, you're totally right! I wouldn't care about skins working properly either! I mean, it's not like that's how Riot gets their money, is it? That would be rediculous.

First of all, youre not royalty and you have this sense of entitlement that really gets under my skin. They are working on it, idk how dumb you have to be to blame "3d modelers" and other completely irrelevant departments for a code error. When DS Thresh is in a match and he exits the fog of war, everyones screen freezes for a moment. That's not as easy to fix as your simple mind may think. It could be DS Skin that has the code error or it could be that the entire in game client is affected by the skin and the error would be in the actual game code. It's basically finding the needle in a haystack, only times 10. and youre giving them a time limit as if they owe you something. Ask for a refund, I'm sure they would give it to you despite you being such an ass. Get off your high horse.

Well said LaxGrip...well said. Most of these people have No Idea how any of this stuff works or what it takes to find and fix this issues. It is not always that easy to fix an issue in a game/program. Some bugs can take 10 mins and some can take 10 days or longer. Learn about coding and video game creation please.

Just gonna pitch my 2 cents on this. It was only when DS Thresh or DS Varus ENTERED from the fog of war, some people's screens froze. As a user of the DS Thresh skin, no enemy team ever made any complaints about their games freezing up. For the most part, it would probably be a processor issue on part of the gamers playing against the skin users. It is a very flashy skin with great textures and a lot of particle effects. A large quantity of this community plays the game on laptops which let's be honest, are not great for gaming. Even gaming laptops are not worth the bang for your buck. Don't tell this other guy to get off his high horse cause frankly, I'm a little pissed off that I spent money on a skin and I can't even use it. It's by far the coolest Thresh skin (I main the shit out of him) that they've released! Imagine if you went to your favourite game store and pre-purchased a game you were waiting on for a while, but then the game never came. You paid the company money to use their product, but you never got it. You'd be a little pissed too.

I get 600+ fps, i have to use a cap so my fps doesn't cause my game to jerk every time i click behind me. Either team having a DS Thresh would result in my game freezing for a second. Which as an adc main was infuriating early trying to last hit.

Kind of wish they would give an eta or anything related to them fixing it. Even if it is them coming out to say they have fixed part of it but they still have 3-4 bugs left.

no man, that makes no sense. that would be like you going to target, buying a TV that does not work, and then expecting them to tell you when you were going to get a replacement or one that did work. only companies that care about the consumers do that. i mean, it would probably take them at least 1 min to come up with an estimate on how long it would take to fix a skin. or even to tell you that they were not sure how long it would take but would update you when they knew. how could you ask that of them ??? what an outrages thing. people should not be able to know when they are going to use something they paid for again. that's just good customer service. and not something people want.

It kinda sucks I mean, i can understand its alot of work but is that not what the testing and pbe is for? how does something that big go unnoticed? I dont think a problem just forms over night. So 1-2 days after its released and it is put under its got a bug and needs to be fixed. Skins are the only way riot is making money, and with that being said precautions and what not cant be made to prevent any delay after its been deployed?Just my opinion hope they find a fix soon but just sucks. As well as i thought that it would have been found before it was released.
