I have got permanent suspended even i didnt use any kind of scripts or thrid part program.

I have got permanent suspended 14 days ago. and sent ticket to riot and i got that anser they cannot lift this ban.

i have switched server to EUW from TR on 21st May, and i got banned on 28th May. I was challanger in TR and one time i reached to 750 league point. i wanted improve myself that's why i switched the server. I played league of legend for 3 years and i played 750 games this season. i played 50 games on EUW in 7 days and rached to dia3. and you can see my score. it shows that i dont use script obviously. I didnt use script or third part program even MK. i didnt know the meaning of MK before i was looking for why i banned. I dont deserv this ban really. all of people are saying forget it. however why i have to accept this situation? just i was playing league of legend normally.

What can i do...? help guys

if you guys want i can add the e-mails between riot and me

honestly if you opened a ticket and they said no, it's gonna be close to impossible to solve this .... did they explained why you were banned ? they should give you the explanation about why it happened

SAME HERE! last game I played was on 6/7, then I found out today that my account has been suspended for 3rd party program! I checked my email, they banned me on 6/11. I can swear on my life that I don't use 3rd party program, in fact I'm only gold 1! geeze if i use 3rd program then i would be like challengers! In fact, I have NEVER EVER receive any warnings or report on Leagues. This doesn't make sense at all. Made me very angry at riot.
