Why is the Greater Seal of Percent Health so expensive? Is it worth buying?[zombie-brand-mindblown]

There are only a few champions who it would be worth using on so unless you play them I wouldn't bother. The only champion I personally use them on is lane 
. The max health increases her W damage by a lot and pretty much any item with hp works well on her. These champs are pretty much the only ones it would be worth using the seals on.
