Game not loading! Freezes once connected!

So, I'm in this game, where I wasn't loading so I relogged. Loaded into game this time, but everything was frozen, could move around map with cursor but everything was stuck in place. So I relog again, this time I manage to be able to walk to lane, only to have the game freeze again and I dc. Relog for once again, and this time it says I can't connect to servers. Nothing is wrong with my pc, I am using the internet fine, my ping isn't higher than usual. I just can't connect. Not sure what is happening.
