What is going on with ranked and the community this season?

I ended last season gold V. The season before that, Plat V. Now, I am stuck in Silver V, and i've been seeing some wild stuff. I've genuinely been wondering, what happened to this community? I've been playing for years, and it seems like this community has been on a steady decline over the past year. Most toxic community i am a member of. Even Dota, and heroes of the storm aren't near as bad as this community. The amount of idiots seems to be on the rise too. I guess this guy didnt want jg,so he took darius jg. Then he proceeds to build crit the entire game.How does it make any sense at all to not even try, and to throw the game away because you didn't get your way. And the sad thing is, we had a huge lead. 9/0 xayah bot, i had jax 4/0 in lane, and instead of rolling with it, and seeing we had a chance, he continues to troll harder, and begins inting on top of things, to make sure we lost our lead. What kind of sense does that make? I don't feel like I am a bad player, but my inability to climb this season has me a bit disturbed, especially when you pile stuff like this on top of it. The time when a 4v5 would be preferred.

The community is bad in game and on the boards. I won't be surprised if you get trolled here with "git gud" or some other dumb insult with people wasting their times.

With the new role selection players get regular practice in one or two roles, but are terrible in others. Thus, when they end up playing a role they don't know they still have to do it at the level of ranked that they earned in their main roles.

It's people's own fault for forgetting that you have to be able to play every role at your level, but they still forgot it.

Plus there are a ton of toddler brats who will throw tantrums when they don't get what they want, combine that with auto-fill and you get a destabilized system where people of all skill levels and tilt levels are mixed up to continually perpetuate the circlejerk of tilt.
