I haven't recieve my season 5 prizes :(. I write this because at first i thought it was just a matter of time, but now all my friends have the prices (Sum icon, border , skin) and im just here on gold without the border or the sumoner icon. Why can't i have my prizes :(.
Riot still isn't finished distributing the ranked rewards to everyone yet. You should get them by the end of November 18th, so just be patient.
If you don't get them by then, and you know for a fact that you aren't disqualified from receiving them (through a ban/chat restriction), then you should send in a support ticket.
