Merch Store restocking?

I've been looking at a few things in the merchandise store i'd love to have, but they're always totally out of stock or gone for months in my size. Will the store be restocked soon? If so, is there also a plan in place so they're not out of stock for so long? I'm dying for the Nami shirt, i've been waiting since it sold out in my size in November. answers appreciated! i'm patient but i'd also just like to know lol
