Not receiving report notices anymore?

Disregarding why I would be getting them, mostly due to abuse of the system in the hands of trolls, I would like to know why I am not receiving those little notices after someone submits a report on me.

After a very stressful game usually regarding a pre-made team who has been ever so nicely accented by one or two trolls, said trolls submit a report and somehow persuade everyone and their dog to report as some odd guise to their own in-game sins. Afterwards, I usually get a notice entailing the said report. Now I do not. Has someone in the system finally smiled down upon me and recognized my nightmare and stopped abuse of the system or is it a really really bad sign that I am about to get the boot; an unfortunate end?
