the game is programmed the servers are bought and maintained new content is created esports is made. and the game is for free. you cant be fucking serious.
You already get hextech chests and keys for free every once in a while. Riot knows players like new free stuff and some rioter said a few months ago that they're still thinking about new stuff they could introduce. Free RP will never happen tho.
