Could I recieve an update?

I applied to the PBE as soon as a got lvl 30 which was about a year ago. I patiently waited checking literally almost every week to see if I had been accepted. I haven't scaled much in ranked but I've improved immensly in my mechanics and skill levels. However, its been a very long time and I haven't even gotten an email as to if I've been accepted or not. What also annoys me is that my boyfriend who hardly plays league applied to the PBE and got accepted a few weeks later. Im a little salty about that, but I really would just like some information as to my application status.
