Now I have never said anything as toxic as that but I have got chat restricted for like 100 games. I am so scared right now I don't know who can I report this to. The bot aren't going to do shit cuz these are not swears and shit. There is no place for me to report to riot beside in the lobby. No option to submit the ticket to riot. Seriously I am so scared right now. Please response to me as soon as possible RIOT!

If you can report still, you should - it'll pick that up just fine.
Otherwise, submit a Support ticket, including the uncensored screenshots.
Uhhh Riot are not fucking around with death threats, just report after the game and stop being an overdramatic person. Also you could've submit a support ticket but nooooo let decide to make a thread about it.
