The use of "Rito"

Is it considered a bannable offense to use "Rito" in a summoner name? An example could be "Rito Dinus" or the common "Rito pls" if it isn't taken. I do know all riot members use riot in their name to show they are assosiated with riot but is "Rito" anywhere related with the pre-fix riot? The punishment isn't mainly banning but is there a PUNISHMENT overall, or even a restriction?

No. As long you don't pretend you're a Rioter, it all good.
