About Missions

Notice: I don't have a PBE account, that's why i'm posting here

I casually browsed the posts about the PBE update when I met this line about missions:

1 Mission becomes available if you have banner of the serpent ward skin

I really don't like this. As you guys at Riot said, Missions shouldn't be either stressing or have "stupid" limitations and having to buy X skin in order to complete a mission seem a really stupid choice.

Inb4 "PBE can be reverted", I'm just giving feedback.
