downloading the game

I have been having a problem getting into the game so I deleted my hard drive and started over from scratch to see if that would help. I am redownloading the game and my internet is capable of 50 mbps. I am getting 1kps right now. try downloading 2600 mb at 1kbps... Not fun, you would think they would send it out at a better rate.
