Community: what could be a solution to this?

Sometimes I have to suddenly leave games, go AFK unplanned, or get disconnected because my ISP is doing wonky things without notice. I feel bad for my teammates because I can't be there for them, and usually, this results in a defeat. As I play Normal Games, we don't suffer League Point increases or decreases, but I know any time something pops up, I've wasted someone's time.

I really don't know what to do to make it up to people that come and gone, but I know that it saddens me. The only thing I know is that my heart drops and my ears metaphorically droops.

I really don't know what I could, or Riot could come up with, do to remedy this to the people I let down when unexpected issues crop up.
