Rank takes wayyyyy tooooo longgggg to start (pun title)

I don't remember how long it took last season but it definitely feels longer this season. Also, who else feels that people leave the rank game way too often and then starting over with the long wait again pain in the a$$ (again pun and a rhetorical question). Lessen the time please. 20 seconds to pick the first champ then 20 seconds for each ban and finally 30 seconds to pick the right champ. Anything over 30 seconds is just a filibuster.
