So Riot,

I was lagging really badly today in the second game I played, as Katarina, and it got to the point where I was forced to DC because I simply couldn't play and I kept getting "Attempting to reconnect". Afterwards, I was forced to type in "I agree" when I relogged later. Now I know that this isn't the end of the world or anything, but it is an unfair leaver strike against my account that I would appreciate being removed. Thanks! :D

They won't remove anything from your account. You weren't punished or anything because you rarely leave games. All you were basically told was "Hey, try not to leave any more games". Riot really can't tell whether you left the game on purpose or accident, so that's why you can generally leave several games before you get in any ACTUAL trouble.
