What top laner should I buy?

Plz help - I'm level 20 or so and am looking for a top laner to play. It doesn't have to to be in the meta, just someone fun to play and 4800 or under IP. Thanks, and I appreciate the help.

Any of those 3 are good top laners. I'd say just pick one and practice it.

Don't listen to those "soandso is good when they're fed". Anyone is good when they're fed.

Playing top is not 100% about what champ you play, but learn the lane itself. For example, how and when to freeze/push lane, when to TP back to buy items, what time to ward river brush, ignite or tp, etc.

Nasus

Win lane, get out of control and it takes half the team to gank you.

Lose lane (which happens 90% of the time), pray your team can hold out 4v5 for 20 minutes and stack like crazy and solo push to the nexus.

All for 1350.
