I think a 1st offense feeding suspension for 14 days is outrageous, it's not my fault i get placed with a Yasuo who does everything to not help me. All i did was return the favour. Zzz...

Intentionally feeding is not allowed. Well deserved punishment in my opinion.
League is not a game wheree everyone is happy and gets along -- something you should already know by now. The best way to deal with people like him is to continue playing the game to the best of your CURRENT ability (tilted or not, keep trying to be a team player). Everyone struggles with toxicity to some point since it's an infection that everyone catches (some faster than others).
So any advice i can give you, the only thing you're hurting is yourself. Unless you're rawr xd, I suggest you stahp.
