Can we not play leblanc anymore

Hello,

I know a lot of people here are good leblancs and carry themselves with leblanc, but can you seriously not pick it if you are going to feed a midlane wukong and make the 4v5 that we lost feel like a 4v4 since you did nothing but double distort and zhonyas for swag.

IMO can we have leblanc removed from play until at least platinum, since I have not yet seen a leblanc that has won.
