How Long Does it Usually Take for a Tournament to be Approved?

It's been 7 days now since my In-Person Tournament has been reviewed for approval. I'm not particularly in a rush, I would just like to know how long it usually takes to approve an organized tournament (compared to the promised 3 days the FAQ Claims). It would be great if I got some kind of feedback instead of having to constantly wait for 7 days.
