Platinum Ranked

So I'm fairly new to being in plat, and i've noticed some drastic changes in players. Everyone thinks they're top shit and having trouble finding anyone that friendly that actually provides positive feedback if something goes wrong, little or big. There are many people who give up too easily and troll a lot, almost every game i see someone calling GG after losing one team fight and being negative the whole game, even in champion select, I see people calling roles and if someone picks their role they start trolling. So is there actually a way to climb out of plat? Yes i'm trying to be as positive as I can in games, yes I can play all roles so i'm able to fill without being fussy, and I'm confident that I can play any role decently, I do stop when i'm on tilt to play another day, but everything is just the same every time I start ranking again. If I go on a win streak it would last a few games and then i'd suddenly go on a losing streak, so is there actually a way to get out of plat with all this salty and vulgar people in the plat community? I've had no problems climbing Gold until Gold 1 promos which was basically already vsing plats, is there a way I could improve to climb the ladder? Like yeah sure, I've had my bad games, but there are also games where I feel is a little unfair i've lost because of a little bit of trolling and stupid decisions cause one person decides not to co-operate with the rest of the team.
