My entire life I've been fascinated with competition. It's kind of beautiful, watching two rivals compete until one is able to deplete the other. Yet at the end of the bout, I always believed in mercy.

There are many challenges in my own life that I can't always acknowledge. The world seems to be in pain and I'm a part of the world.

With each person I see everyday, I'm faced with two options. To befriend or ignore.

Growing up, I never lacked understanding.

However, understanding never was the issue.

So it seemed that I had all I needed. Yet I continually felt defeated.

Depleted, even though I'm my only rival.

So I just want to say, thank you Riot.

Thank you for allowing me to connect with millions of others. Thank you for allowing me to compete and live out my fascinations.

I am always fascinated to see who is truly fit to lead the pack. For what I may lack, I know others don't. I won't always be able to make things better, however I can always smile.

So thank you Riot, for allowing me to befriend the people who I habitually ignore in person. I fear that, that lack of integrity will only worsen with our dying planet.

However, hope is not all lost.

Even like a 4v5 battle, where the missing member of your party is just a lingering shadow.

You are not alone.

Right beside you, there are three others.

You all face a decision. To embrace one another or replace each username with blame.

Yet when you allow yourself to rid that nagging fear, you can hear the faint cheer. Of your teammates. "gj", "wp".

Good job, Well received you always are. Regardless of a Kill to Death ratio, in your own life, you can always be your own hero. I just pray that the audience, that is compromised of your peers, doesn't put you down.

If it does, you may have learned to attempt to drown out their voices.

I implore you to always be wary of casting that judgement. Even with a toxic member it might be better to hit "mute".

Or it might not. Even if you were able to be mature and not feed the seed that is the only rotten apple.

The other members of your party still feed it.

Unlike nature, that toxic seed is person probably in need. If not reassurance, then maybe just an outlet for his or her anger.

So instead of drowning out his voice, I dare you to listen.

Only after, may you (with a clear conscience) make the the decision if he is a lost cause.

Chances are, he isn't.

Neither is our planet. Far from over, it's existence is.

So Thank you Riot.

For giving me, the outlet I have for all of my disregarded anger.

For forgiving me for being that toxic seed.

Thank you Riot.

For giving me something I can cherish.

Thank you all who make this experience possible.

From now I promise to be committed to ridding each team of their toxic seed.

Like a marriage, I am to that cause.
