Please buff Brand, he's trash right now.

Lately Brand is crap, so weak, does nothing when his skills are on cool down, Riot should lower the cool down of his pillar of flame, and his conflagration. And his range is so short for his conflagration, making him walk up in front of the enemies, and then doing his damage, he should be more like a Xerath were he can just sit back and do his damage. Other wise, Brand is just get's deleted and destroyed. Buff his kit please, his conflagration's range is pretty short too, at a 625 ranged spell, means making Brand walk up to his target, to start his combo, making it pretty risky for a squishy target like Brand. Maybe around 750 would be a good range for his conflagration, doing this, will open more possibilities for Brand to make plays. Mana cost is pretty stupid too, making his conflagration's mana at maxed rank go to 90. That's actually a really high mana cost for a mage that should be spamming his skills a lot. Should be capped to about 80 mana or so. And his cool downs are so high, 12/11/10/9/8. So if you don't build cdr on Brand, he's just a sitting duck, but this means Brand is forced to build cdr, which is very annoying, when you could do something better and go for the raw ap damage, but the these high cool downs are limiting Brand's options and forcing to stick to the same old no damage ap mage build path. Now on to Brand's Pillar of flame. Cool down at all ranks 10 seconds, still forcing him to buy cdr, or else he's just a sitting duck, if you miss the pillar of flame, you're dead, since you have to wait so long for the cool down. Please lower his cool down on his Pillar of flame, at a 900 ranged spell, you should be able to spam that like every 5 seconds, for example Xerath's Arcanopulse has a cool down like this 9/8/7/6/5. Long range, short cool downs, but Brand, he has some problems, 10 second cool down on his Pillar of flame. Or you could just buy cdr, but remember that's only going to limit Brands possibilities. So Riot, please change Brand's kit, or at least give him some buffs, Brand's my favorite champion, I just feel like he's trash. My point is that Brand needs more possibilities in his kit, he needs more out play potential. He needs some love. (;
