New SMITE Skin Sharing Lines with Darius and Lissandra

Hi everyone

I was on the SMITE wiki today and saw that Bellona had received a new skin: Torment Bellona. I checked out the voice lines and turns out she shares a number of lines with Darius and one line with Lissandra. You can check it out here: http://smite.gamepedia.com/Torment_Bellona_voicelines

So I was wondering what you all think about this. I doubt that Riot can take any sort of legal action; It's not like they copyrighted the lines. You could also make the argument that these lines are cliche enough to be excused, or that Hi-Rez is making an homage to Darius. But it still seems lazy on their part to blatantly reuse signature lines from a character of another game, especially games that are fairly similar.
