Minimap Icon Size Slider in Interface menu

I recently adjusted my game to borderless 3840 x 2160 so that I can manage my second monitor more easily but the added definition shrank my minimap icons and healthbars to ridiculous levels. A slider to control the size of the minimap icons and possibly health bars that would be so much easier to keep track of what is going on.
