how do you beat a garen? even if you camp top he will get so big that late game you cant kill him and he can 0-100 anyone, even if you kite he has a q that speeds him up and then he ilence you for ever he is a cancer champ and needs a rework plus his true damage ult so most likly uou carry is going to die right away
