In game voice overs

So, It's not a major deal but it's something that for someone as computer illiterate as me can be a quality of life change. How difficult would it be to add a language option that changes only the voice overs in game? Text, items, names, etc are say, for NA in English but the spoken language that the characters are using is say, Korean, or Spanish.

I realize that there are 3rd party extensions and theoretically I could go into the in game files to change in game language, but again... I am computer illiterate. And I don't trust 3rd party extensions >.>
