Items in a future Cinematic?

I know you guys are going for as realistic as possible, so I was wondering in the future if in a future cinematic if right as a champion is about to die an angel swoops in and resurrects the champion for a representation of the item Guardian Angel. Frozen mallet could make a character's weapon icy looking. Zhonyas could be like a how Colossus' ability works in X-men. Last one I got is Thornmail could be literally be a heavy armor type...thing, LOL. Possibly?
