What is wrong with ranked placement???

So i win 9 out of 10 provisional games in witch I am with above A rank almost every game and get placed in BRONZE 3..... what the hell is going on here??? I was silver 3 last season so i dont realy get why waste all that time with 10 provisional games if I am going to get this SH.T ranking, put everyone in b5 and with 10 games ill be in at least b3...

You always get put about a tier lower if your last year was roughly silver. I don't get why you're so salty about it. It happens to veryone. Just climb back out, it shouldn't be that difficult.
