How to deal with "feeders" ?

So, I've been playing a while, and been playing Ranked a while, and I seem to always at least once or twice a day encounter "feeders" and by this I don't mean players who are intentionally feeding (although there are some) but just simply players going 0-4/5/6 in lane by around 15-20 minutes, how do I as a jungle main counter these players actions and lead the team to victory? I also understand not every game is a winnable game, there are smurfs, mains, better players, better comps etc. etc. But how do I increase my odds of winning with a score of let's say 3-16 for my teams K/D?

Thanks in advance for any insights.

Well, when one lane is doing HORRIBLE but your other two lanes are winning, I usually focus more on snowballing the other two lanes even further so that we have 4 fed champs. Usually if a lanes losing pretty badly chances are your ganks will only snowball the other team further or not help at all being as the person might not know what they are doing.

If you have 2 lanes going down id just pick the one that you think will help carry better in late game. If all 3 lanes are sinking fast its time to just hop the boat because unless your udyr you can't save them all.
