Frustrating Dodge Penalty

I just got in a lobby, and hovered Camille. Our jungler didn't hover any one, I banned Vi, because it's the pick and ban phase, so you know, I banned a champion. Normal stuff. Then the jungler said "Enjoy your free loss." and banned Camille. So I dodged so I wouldn't have to put up with this person and am now waiting out a penalty for dodging. Riot, can we talk about this?
