Unjustifiable 14-day Suspension and Neglection from Customer Support
I was 14-day suspended five days ago, and I realized I can be overly competitive at times but I do not believe I am highly toxic enough to be suspended for this amount of time. I use absolutely no racist, sexist, or homophobic slurs. And I have never made death threats to someone. All of these things is what Riot Lyte says warrant a 14-day suspension, but I have done none of them.
I sent in a ticket to customer support so that I could see my chat logs that proves my toxicity. They gave me a link to Riot Lyte's view on 14-day suspensions and my chat logs. My chat logs in no way reflect ANY of the things Lyte lists is warranting of a 14-day suspension, and I complained. Costumer support now is completely ignoring my ticket; it's been 4+ days now since their last response.

My argument is NOT that I am not toxic (I can be) but it's that I am not toxic enough to be suspended for 14 days. The worst that I do is call people bad. I make no racist, homophobic, or sexist slurs and no death threats. I very rarely even swear. Yet I am banned for 14 days and customer support is ignoring me.
What I am hoping to accomplish through this is public exposure for the injustice and unfair treatment that has been bestowed upon me, and hopefully for Riot to finally give me a proper response to my argument instead of neglecting me.
