Trolls...*sigh*

I am really sick of players who trolls by dancing in the middle of fights, feeding, doing nothing, and etc. For example, I had a Lux in my last game who fed the enemy team, teleporting in battles and then just dancing, and she was toxic. I don't even know why people would troll and waste other people's time. This league community is so full of negative people and trolls. I feel like the tribunal isn't doing anything about these type of players...
