Toxic Icon

i always see " help us improve " survey but nothing obvious to client. i play with noob and double noob in team builder and blind pick mode. game is bored. The thing they do ? They can't play his champ this is big problem but they use my time. LOL can't find the way to improve. i keep toxic up but i don't care , i accept this. > Toxic. Now i need my Toxic Icon because i can't be angle so i need to be devil, LOL make Toxic Icon , then see u in game,
