ugh riot why!!!!! series issue

I have been climbing in ranked after getting placed in bronze one after the mmr reset. Today I finally got to my series and I won the first game and it didn't count because you guys took your servers offline. I just won my second but nope it counts as my first. why riot why do this to me? If I was affected I'm sure other people were as well. Like my doubles buddy was in his series with me and his didn't count either.

we both have wins on our match history but they don't count for our series!
